Giant Snow Globe Installations Promote Jeweler's Advent Calendar

Digital street art specialist Jimmy is bringing giant snow globes to New York City’s Bryant Park and two cites in the UK to promote the highly anticipated 2023 Advent Calendars produced by client Astrid & Miyu, the London-based Jewelry firm.

But bring your phones to see them—they’re CGI-created installations on Instagram and Tik Tok.

The posts drive to a pre-registration site for the calendars that went live on October 9th.

The snow globes feature digital likenesses of the A&M Advent Calendars opening slowly to reveal fanciful objects inside, like golden five-point balloons, gift boxes, and golden ornaments, which are depicted in the actual calendars.

“We are always looking for new and innovative ways of communicating with our audience,”  says Amy Gough, Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Astrid & Miyu.

The UK activations are in Edinburgh, Scotland’s Calton Hill and London’s Carnaby Street.

Jimmy, created earlier this year, is part of creative agency SuperHeroes, which has offices in Amsterdam, New York and Singapore.
