Blue Chip Adds Berger, McMaster To Beef Up Biz Dev

Chicago-based marketing agency Blue Chip is bolstering its business development team with the additions of  Gregg Berger and Cyndi McMaster, joining as vice president and director of Business Development respectively.  

Berger has two decades of experience in business development for such agencies as luxury marketer Pursuit, e-commerce specialist P3 Media, and digital marketer Hawke Media. He has worked with such brands as L’Oreal, Giorgio Armani, and Peloton. Importantly, he’s a contributor, leader, and mentor.

McMaster has developed marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships for both agencies and clients. Her resume includes ecommerce platform CHEF’D, brand agency LO:LA, and performance agency Hawthorne Advertising. She has also consulted extensively for such clients as Starkist, Mercato, and Feeding America. 

Blue Chip began as a shopper marketing agency in 1982 and has evolved into a full-service marketing agency with an integrated offering that includes media, creative, planning and analytics capabilities. Last month it unveiled a package of planning, activation and ROI tools branded as its “Impact OS Suite.” 

Clients include Bausch & Lomb, E. & J. Gallo, Goodwill, Procter & Gamble, Splenda and White Castle.
